Hi, I’m Misha! A product guy, a father, and a traveler.
Thirteen years in e-commerce, with six leading product. At Avito I built the support platform for sellers and buyers: 1.5 million monthly resolutions with no agents, a self-service portal, and a CRM for 3,000 agents. €7 million saved a year.
Married, with a son, and in 2022 we moved from Moscow to Yerevan — where I am, reliably, the local cats’ best friend. I’ve been to 55 countries and territories, including Antarctica. Passionate about urban mobility, nuclear power, history, and genealogy. And I build with AI — a 24/7 personal assistant, a job-matching app, and some more.

- Defended an investment case and a 3-year strategy, securing board approval and funding.
- Launched and scaled automation platform: 1.5M monthly resolutions across chat, voice and email, saving €7M annually in 7 businesses. With 100+ internal and partner API integrations.
- Redesigned the 4M MAU Help Center with a better UX and 22% better deflection rate.
- Built a customizable multi-channel CRM & Help Desk for 3,000 employees, increasing ops efficiency by 40%. Includes a RAG copilot.

Travel
I travel to find out how the world looks like and works: transport, housing, people, traditions, nature. It is my favourite way to broaden horizons and lose assumptions.
I am also good at logistics and planning. Give me a week and a map and I will get you more of a country than most people manage in three.
